This Privacy Policy explains how My Business Tools LLC, doing business as AEOHelp.com ("AEOHelp," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit aeohelp.com or audit.aeohelp.com (the "Sites"), request a free AI Visibility Report, book a call with us, or become a client of our services (together, the "Services").

By using the Sites or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites or Services.

1. Who We Are

AEOHelp is a Las Vegas-based Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) company. We help local businesses improve how they appear on Google and on AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. Our services include Google Business Profile setup and optimization, business listing management, review monitoring and responses, profile posts, local ranking checks, and AI visibility monitoring and reporting.

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate and deliver your AI Visibility Report.
• Provide, manage, and improve our Services, including optimizing your Google Business Profile, managing your listings, monitoring and responding to reviews, publishing posts, and reporting on your results.
• Communicate with you, including sending reports, service updates, invoices, and responses to your questions.
• Schedule and conduct consultations, onboarding calls, and walkthroughs.
• Process payments, charge your saved payment method for recurring monthly billing, and send billing notices, including reminders before each automatic charge.
• Send marketing communications about our Services, which you can opt out of at any time.
• Analyze how our Sites are used so we can improve them.
• Protect the security of our Sites and Services, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. How Our AI Visibility Audit Works

Our AI Visibility Report checks how your business appears across AI search platforms and Google. To do this, we and our audit technology provider send search questions about your business, your business category, and your area to third-party AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Meta AI, and Perplexity) and to Google, and we analyze the results.

These questions are based on business information, such as your business name, category, and location. We do not include your personal contact information in them. The responses are used to build your report, which is sent to the email address you provide.

5. Google User Data

AEOHelp's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we:

• Use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you requested, such as your audit and the management of your Google Business Profile.
• Do not sell Google user data.
• Do not use or transfer Google user data for advertising, including targeted or retargeted ads.
• Do not use Google user data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.
• Do not allow humans to read Google user data except with your consent, when needed to provide our Services to you, for security purposes, or to comply with the law.

You can revoke AEOHelp's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account's security settings (Third-party apps and services), or by removing AEOHelp as a manager on your Google Business Profile.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as described below:

• Service providers: companies that help us operate our business, such as website hosting, appointment scheduling (Calendly), payment processing (Stripe), video conferencing, email, our listings and reputation management platform, our audit platform, AI platforms used to run audits, and analytics providers. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Listing and directory platforms: as part of our Services, we publish and update your business information on Google, directories, apps, and map services. Information published there becomes public.
• Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of AEOHelp, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers: if AEOHelp is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With your consent: in any other situation where you have given us permission.

7. Text Messages (SMS)

If you choose to receive text messages from us, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Marketing Emails

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or by using the unsubscribe option included in the email. We will honor your request within 10 business days. You may still receive service-related messages, such as reports and invoices, while you are a client.

9. Cookies and Tracking

Our Sites use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Sites working and to understand how visitors use them. Some of these tools are provided by third parties such as Google.

We do not use advertising cookies or advertising tracking pixels, and we do not use your information to show you targeted ads on other websites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Some parts of the Sites may not work properly if cookies are disabled. You can learn about Google's practices and choices at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Our Sites do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. Where required by applicable law, we will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

10. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing our Services, keeping business and tax records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal requirements.

When you cancel our Services, we remove our access to your Google Business Profile and other accounts. We stop all future automatic charges, and you may ask us to remove your saved payment method from Stripe. We may keep records of the work performed, billing records, and call recordings or transcripts for a reasonable period afterward.

AI Visibility Report requests and their results are kept so we can follow up with you and improve our audits. You may ask us to delete them at any time.

11. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including limiting access to the team members who need it to perform our Services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

12. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your personal information.
• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling. (We do not sell personal information.)
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email support@aeohelp.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and we may ask for proof of that authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."

13. Nevada Residents

Nevada law allows Nevada consumers to request that operators of websites not sell certain personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined by Nevada law. If you are a Nevada resident and would like to submit a request, email support@aeohelp.com with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out Request."

14. California and Other State Residents

Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have the rights described in Section 12, to the extent those laws apply to us.

In the past 12 months, we have collected the categories of information described in Section 2: identifiers (such as name, email, phone, and IP address), commercial information (such as services purchased), internet or network activity, business and professional information, and audio or video recordings of calls. We collect this information from the sources and for the purposes described in Sections 2 and 3, and share it with the categories of recipients described in Section 6.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would give California residents the right to limit its use.

15. Children's Privacy

Our Sites and Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where state law requires). If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

16. Third-Party Links and Platforms

Our Sites and reports may link to or rely on third-party websites and platforms, including Google, AI search platforms, scheduling tools, and payment processors. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

AEOHelp is based in the United States, and we provide our Services to businesses in the United States. Your information is processed and stored in the United States.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. If we make material changes, we will notify clients by email or by posting a notice on our Sites before the changes take effect.
